How to participate
The workshop and tutorial is open to all researchers, scholars and specialists dealing with such issues as analysis / spatial modelling / management / visualisation of patrimonial data.
We therefore welcome people interested in the questions and challenges raised by, broadly speaking, the understanding of heritage sites through visual means. (see below a non-exhautive list of disciplines and research themes concerned)
Please note that due to the fact that everything from hosting to session and demos takes place in one single location, the number of participants is limited. We therefore invite you to send either request for information or apply directly as soon as possible as indicated below:

Registration fee
Registration fee is 586 Euros. This covers:

- Registration itself
- Hosting in a 3 stars individual room inside the royal convent
(see hotel site)
- Full accomodation (from tuesday 4th, evening, through friday 7th, noon)

Prerequisites

No prerequisite concerning the participant's discipline is established : focus is put on the concern the participants have for the research area opened by informative modelling.

Language

Invited speakers will be mainly english-speaking, but the tutorials mainly held in french. Yet the event's language is not english, nor is it french. Consequently we priviledge the participation of people who can speak one of those two languages and "read" (or follow an illustrated speech) in the second one. Please contact us for more details.

Contribution and proceedings

With this initiative, we wish to promote scientific exchanges between participants. Consequently the programme includes a session during which participants are invited to comment a poster they will provide on their work, enabling easier discussions among the audience. These posters, which will be present during the fours days, will be accompanied by a 4 to 6 pages contribution included in the proceedings. Note that the posters and contribution aim at fostering scientific exchanges among participants and nothing else, they do not necessarily need to be original, unpublished work.
